What does early access actually mean?
Early access gives your chapter a direct look at the current product, a walkthrough focused on your most important responsibility, and a voice in what gets built next. We will be clear about what is ready now and what comes later.
Is every feature on this site available today?
No. This site shows the full system and plan packaging we are working toward. Modules are releasing in stages, and we will show you exactly what is ready for your chapter before you commit.
What does getting started involve?
Start with the active roster and officer roles. Then choose one part of chapter operations to improve first, such as recruitment follow-up, weekly planning, alumni outreach, or passdowns. We will map the material you already use into a practical starting point.
Can we import existing member records?
Enterprise / National includes bulk data import. For chapter plans, bring the format you already use for your roster to the early-access conversation and we will confirm the right setup path.
Can we use Yolobeam for recruitment or rush?
Yes. Growth is designed to connect interest forms, prospect records, recruitment notes, public events, and follow-up ownership so every potential member has a clear next step.
Can we use Yolobeam for our public chapter pages?
The Growth roadmap includes a public chapter site, custom pages, leadership pages, public events, recruitment forms, and donation pages. Custom web domains are planned for Enterprise / National.
What happens when officers change?
The chapter record stays with the organization. Passdowns, recurring templates, files, notes, and reports give incoming officers the context behind the role instead of another folder to decode.
Who counts as a billable member?
Only active undergraduate members are billable. Alumni, prospects, parents, advisors, and inactive members are not billed like active members.
Are alumni included?
Yes. Alumni are included up to 10× your active roster, so chapters can keep alumni records, outreach, events, donation pages, and history in the same system without billing them like active members.
Can we start with Core and upgrade later?
Yes. Core is the internal base. Growth adds public presence, recruitment, alumni, donations, and passdowns. Ops Pro adds compliance, finance, training, approvals, and audit tools. You can move up as your chapter takes on more of that work.
Can advisors use Yolobeam?
Yes. Yolobeam is designed to give advisors role-appropriate access to the records and responsibilities they help oversee, without taking the work away from chapter officers. Advisors are not billed like active undergraduate members.
What is planned for national organizations?
Enterprise / National extends Yolobeam across chapters with shared templates, reporting, central compliance oversight, chapter health scores, custom domains, integrations, onboarding, and priority support.
What happens to our data if the subscription ends?
The account moves to read-only for 30 days so administrators can export records, files, and reports. Our data retention policy explains the production and backup deletion timeline, along with accelerated deletion requests.
