Why Yolobeam

The record should belong to the chapter.

Yolobeam starts with one belief: the work an officer does this year should still help the person who takes the role next year. That requires more than another member list, group chat, or folder.

The problem

This is not a motivation problem.

A chapter can have capable officers and still lose the thread. Recruitment notes sit in one account. Event decisions live in messages. Alumni history follows a chair into graduation. A new board inherits files without the reason behind them.

Each officer made a reasonable choice for the work in front of them. The problem is that those choices never became one chapter record. Yolobeam turns that record into something the chapter can use during the year, not just archive afterward.

What we believe

01

The record belongs to the chapter.

Officer terms end. The roster, decisions, relationships, recurring work, and history should remain useful after they do.

02

The system should respect the people doing the work.

Chapter officers are balancing school, work, friendships, and a real organization. A workflow has to earn the time it asks from them.

03

Continuity is part of the product.

Passdowns are not a file added at the end of the year. They are what the system remembers while the work is happening.

04

Early access should still earn your trust.

You deserve a clear view of what works now, what comes next, and where your chapter's input can matter.

What we will say plainly

Ambition does not require pretending the work is finished.

What is ready to use now.

What is next on the roadmap.

Which workflows are still taking shape.

When another tool is the better answer today.

Early access

Bring us the chapter work that keeps falling apart.

Early access starts with how your chapter actually runs. Show us where time, ownership, or history gets lost; we will show you how Yolobeam approaches it and let that reality shape what comes next.

01

Start with your chapter

We focus the walkthrough on the work your officers need to carry this semester.

02

See the product up close

See what works now, what comes next, and where your chapter's needs fit.

03

Talk to the people building it

Questions and feedback go directly to the team making product decisions.

04

Influence what ships next

Show us the gaps that matter while priorities and product details are still taking shape.
